We are a family run company, offering a spacious fully furnished 3 double bedroom house in an excellent location. Our property is stylish with all mod cons plus rooms for entertainment, a stunning dining room and a fully stocked kitchen.

Excellent location
Situated in the heart of Cheltenham, our boutique accommodation is positioned within a 10 minute walk to Cheltenham Racecourse, the Montpellier shops, an array of popular cafes and restaurants and a 3 minute walk to the stunning Pittville Park with the historic Pump House. There is something for everyone in the area, including lots of green spaces for the kids and dogs to play too!
Nestled along the edge of the Cotswolds, Cheltenham is Britain's most complete Regency Town. Strolling around you'll certainly be amazed by the regency architecture - with impressive crescents, imposing pillars and huge sash windows.
If you wish to venture out and explore the Cotswolds, there is a large bus station at Royal Well which can take you there directly.
Free Parking - within the parking zone
Our property offers free parking with digital permits added online. We are happy to accommodate longer stays up to 90 days to include parking. There is ample available space to park available on the street itself and on neighbouring streets within the parking zone.
Cheltenham has brilliant transport links, so having a car is not necessary to explore the town if you wanted to leave it at the property during the day; the house is very central and most attractions are within close walking distance.
If you are travelling to Cheltenham via train, the train station is a 3 minute taxi ride or a 20 min walk to the property.
Cooking
We offer a modern, refurbished, fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials including pots, pans, utensils, glasses, mugs and cutlery. Cooking appliances include oven, hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle and toaster. We also have children's dining sets in the kitchen, providing you with everything you will need for your stay.
The kitchen is a good size and fully stocked for longer stays, everything you need to move right in!
There is a spacious patio/garden area outside to sit in the sunshine, perfect for celebratory dinner parties. We can pass on details of local caterers who will deliver if you wish.
Bathroom
Our boutique accommodation has a newly refurbished modern luxury master bathroom, complete with beautiful fittings.
This bathroom includes a spacious rainfall shower, w/c and a bespoke bath tub, perfect for a relaxing after a long day sightseeing!
We also provide complimentary essentials such as body soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, freshly laundered towels, toilet paper and hair dryer.
Dining
Dining rooms are one of the most important rooms in a house where families come together to eat & catch up on each others days.
Our accomodation boasts a large, well lit dining room which provides a great space to socialise and entertain, seating up to six guests. We also have a highchair for little ones if needed!
We have recently refurbished and redecorated this space, completing it with high quality tableware and other elegant pieces to add the home from home comforts, while still maintaining the luxury feel of the house.
Bedroom
Our comfortable home boasts three spacious bedrooms with two king sized beds and one double sized bed. The bedrooms feature luxury Egyptian cotton sheets, top quality mattresses, traditional fireplaces, bedside tables and lamps, mirrors and plenty of wardrobe space to store clothing (hangers are provided).
The rooms are light and bright with plenty of space for your traveling bags and each has it’s own distinct feel and decoration.
We have gold star reviews on how comfortable the beds are! You will feel very rested staying with us.
Family Friendly
We are very welcoming to families with children and babies, being fully equipped with all amenities needed and lots to do in the surrounding areas. It is the perfect place to stay! You have much to do inside the house, including colouring books/games etc in the cupboards, as well as a lovely and secure garden space to play outside. In addition, the accommodation boasts a large sitting room with a 50 inch smart TV, offering Sky Sports and Movie packages, Netflix, and Disney.
A highchair is included and cots can be arranged.
Dogs Welcome
Our very spacious 1100 sqft property is very welcoming to little furry friends! The patio garden is fully fenced and secure, and there are plenty of places to take them out and about around the property. Pittville Park is a beautiful space within walking distance of the house which is a great place to let your dog off the lead with plenty of space to run, or for a longer more scenic adventure, the Cotswolds villages` are very dog friendly and make for a lovely active day out!
We kindly ask that pets are not allowed upstairs on the beds to prevent spoiling the new bedding, and kept off the lounge sofas to prevent scratches to the leather. Towels are provided to dry off wet dogs before entering the house!
We would be delighted to offer advice on dog friendly routes and daily excursions with your pet.
